One's teenage years are a time of change, discomfort and confusion, leading to a build-up of emotion that, in a lot of teenagers, aren't handled in the healthiest way.

This college project aimed to curb the rise in instances of self-harm among Indian high-school students in cities, particularly in the age group of 14-18 years. The deliverables included collateral for a fictional mental-health campaign titled, 'Talk About It', that encouraged people of this age group to seek out their school counselors on a regular basis to be able to work through their difficulties under the guidance of a professional.
